Glastonbury Festival 2009
Glastonbury attracts thousands of music lovers each year. Tickets for Glastonbury 2009 have already exhausted due to the enormous demand. The event will take place from Wednesday 24 to Sunday 28 June 2009. Each year, the rumor mill goes into overdrive as to who is going to perform in the event, this year some of the confirmed acts include Franz Ferdinand, Lily Allen, Bon Iver – some of the groups rumored to be undertaken include The Killers, Led Zeppelin, Blur, Keane, Bruce Springsteen and Tom Jones! Glade Festival 2009
The Festival Glade is the largest dance music festival in the UK, organizing events and have secured a new festival site in Winchester for the event. The event will place 16 to July 19. Known as an important electronic music festival in Europe, some 10,000 people attend the event. The 2009 line up not yet known, but maintained contact on the homepage of the Glade Festival.

The V Festival 2009
V Music Festival will be held August 22 and 23, 2009 and tickets will go on sale in March 2009. The Festival takes place on two sites, Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in Staffordshire. The Festival line up is not confirmed, but 2008 saw the acts of the quality of the Kings of Leon and Amy Winehouse on stage, so expect high quality artists! Learn more about V Festival.

T in the Park 2009
This event takes place at Balado, near Kinross (just off the M90, near Loch Leven) Scotland, and has place from Friday 10 to Sunday, 12 July 2009. The festival is now in its 16th year, and some of the acts confirmed for 2009 include Blur, Elbow, The Killers, Kings of Leon, Snow Patrol, Razorlight and Pete Doherty. Isle of Wight Festival 2009
This legendary music festival takes place at Seaclose Park, Newport, Isle of Wight, a short ferry ride from the English coast. This Festival will take place from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June 2009. Some of the acts confirmed to perform this year are Friday's headliners The Prodigy, Basement Jaxx and more The Ting Tings. The famous "Big Top" is expected to the return of this year and headlined the Sunday night at the circus as a 5,000 capacity Big Top Manchester indie veterans The Charlatans. Wychwood Music Festival 2009
This family celebration is now in its fifth year and runs from Friday 29 May Sunday 31 May at Cheltenham Racecourse. It offers a fusion of world and roots music and raises funds for the charity Oxfam. Friday evening is headlined by the Super Furry Animals Supergrass and Saturday. Reading Festival 2009
If you are into rock, punk, or indie music then Reading Festival 2009 is a must. This festival takes place during the August holiday weekend of August 28 Bank from Friday until Sunday August 30 in Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire in the region. Creamfields 2009
Now in its 12th year, the Creamfields Festival 2009 takes place Saturday 29 to Sunday 20 August 2009 at Daresbury Estate, Halton in Cheshire. This is a great event for the serious clubber dance with live music from top acts mails from around the world. The poster of the Festival 2009 has not yet been announced, but tickets are on sale at Creamfields website.

Big Chill Festival 2009
The Big Chill Festival takes place from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th August at Eastnor Castle, which is in Ledbury, Herefordshire. The event will take place in the fabulous Eastnor Castle, which has four lakes, forests and a wonderful garden area. The event offers concert goers a wide range of music from folk, the African jazz. The event offers lovers of all things culture the opportunity to enjoy art, film, poetry and cabaret. Latitude Festival 2009
The Latitude Festival takes place in Henham Park Estate, Beccles, Suffolk in the region. It will take place from Thursday 16 – Sunday 19 July. Enjoy an event that offers not only music but Arenas show art, literature, cinema and comedy, with workshops for those attending the event also. Some of the many performers performers in this festival in 2008 and included various Martha Wainwright, Elbow, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol and Beth Orton.
