Laos, a predominantly Buddhist country, has been a new Socialist Republic since 1975. Laos, known as Lao People `s Democratic Republic, is a country of ancient culture, history, traditions and beautiful historic buildings. Its fertile fields and tropical forests cover an area bigger than Utah and Florida. But the sport has grown in popularity.Certainly, Olympic sport in Laos is a chaos.
